The horse can be seen as a very magestic animal, it takes up a lot of time and effort to look after it but in return the horse provides freedom and enjoyment. 

Horses can come in many shapes, colours and sizes. In my equestrian commissions I  will capture as many different features that is individual to that horse. I will look how the horse facial markings are covering the face, how the muscles lie when the body is in a certain position and where the mane lays plus many more...

The horse maybe be Half bording or full ownership but a commissioned piece of art can be trueley yours to take home (with horse owners permission) or even display at the yard.

You can choose whether you want the horse with or without tack or even a coat

The horse can be set in neutral or scenic background depending on where you want to display the artwork.

If you want to display the sheer scale, athletic ability or if the horse has unique markings on the body maybe full body portrait maybe the right way to go. Like many if not all horses have beautiful faces you might just prefer a head shot as this will focus on facial expressions, eyes and other small details.

You can either provide a clear colour photograph preferably digital or ask myself to come down and take images myself.

The artwork can either be hand-drawn or hand-painted.
