Buildings and Places create so many happy memories. The colour of the brickwork, where a certain tree was in the garden or where a bedroom was situated.

You may have moved and would like a reminder of the previous house, as it may have a lot of cherished memories you had there.

A special day such as your wedding you might like a portrait of the wedding venue this could compliment the wedding album that you may already have. (such as Bishton Hall on the main image or Lichfield Guildhall pictured below)

You maybe a very proud owner or employee of a business and you would like to hang the portrait on the wall to show to the customers.

Oil paintings and different size enquiries are POA

I require a 50 % non-refundable deposit to get in the diary and balance to be paid on completion

1. Reference material

I require a clear image of the building with as much detail as possible (Above: Villa Bologna in Malta image from a third party) . If it is possible I can go to location and take pictures myself.  The reference material will be used to discuss different aspects of the building such as perspective, focal point, colours etc

2. Sketch

This will give you an idea of the proportions and if anything needs to be adjusted (Above: Villa Bologna in Malta sketch by Art by Leake)

3. Ink

The artwork will have more details added in the ink phase.  (Above: Villa Bologna in Malta ink stage by Art by Leake)
